The Florida Society of Enrolled Agents (FSEA) is the professional society representing Enrolled Agents (EAs) in Florida. Members are licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including examination, collection and appeals functions.
This website is a resource for FSEA members. FSEA is an affiliate of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA). We encourage all tax practitioners to consider the benefits of joining. For other visitors, we invite you to browse our consumers or media pages.

FSEA Past President and NAEA Leader Passes Away
(July 23, 2010) Devoted family man and consummate professional, William D. Payne, EA, passed away on July 22, 2010 in Boca Raton, Florida. Bill’s thoughtful manner, good-natured humor and willingness to share his experience and knowledge with others will be missed. Bill served our Florida Society and NAEA with exceptional devotion.
The family will be receiving visitors on Monday, July 26 from 4 - 8 pm at the Babione Funeral Home at 1100 N Federal Highway in Boca Raton. A funeral mass will be conducted on Tuesday, July 27 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Boca Raton beginning at 11 am.

Broward Chapter Members Deliver Bears
to Henderson Mental Health Center
(July 6, 2010) - Back to School Bash will include teddy bears delivered by the members of the Broward Chapter. This annual event sponsored by Premier Networking Alliance, Inc. and Health & Justice Alliance helps the youth served at the Henderson Mental Health Centers get the school supplies they need to succeed.
Henderson Mental Health Center serves over 20,000 individuals each year with over 6,000 being children. According to Henderson's director of development Andria Nolan, MSW, "these teddy bears will make many of the children we serve very happy."
The Broward Chapter of FSEA is proud to be recognized as a sponsor of The Back to School Bash on Wednesday, August 11 at JM Lexus of Margate, Florida. It is just one of the many ways our members make a difference in our community. Click here for more information on the Back to School Bash.
Over 3,000 Teddy Bears were collected at the 2010 FSEA Annual Conference.
A special thanks to the FSEA members that participated in the Teddy bEAr collection drive this year. Our goals are to give some pleasure to the sick and needy kids in your neighborhood, get your Clients involved in bringing in bEArs during the year, to improve our image in our communities and to promote our profession as one that cares for others.
